Overall it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of bathrooms in public areas can be improved. The location is nice if you can handel walking up and down the hill the hotels area is on, which is quiet the excersice. It's a great location close to a few spectacular landmarks.

As a RC should be , but massage therapist was not Mandara quality , basic skills , and barber trades on getting one foreign customer a day and charging inflated USD for basic cut 15 mins , no waxing ,no burning facial hair ,he isn't RC but in basement scammer, the massage therapist gives impression of being Balinese , but basic skills ......these two non RC staff aside it was very good stay .

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff and concierge were great with good tips and a caring attitude. Bahar (the lady in the breakfast area) was particularly great, making us feel very welcome and valued.
