Great Location

We were very pleased with overall experience, staff is wonderful, I just wish breakfast staff would be a little more quiet, they chat the whole time and are very loud , the dinning area is loud enough and staff should be more quiet, other than that, staff were amazing and hotel feels like a true hotel and loved the location, I will most definitely be staying there again if the price is right.

A hotel placed in a very convenient position to visit the historical center of Istanbul. Very friendly and helpful staff, which is an essential aspect. Excellent breakfast. The SpA is beautiful. I will be back.

very pleased with our stay at this hotel. We had a family room for 3 adults. Room was a good size and Bathroom facilities were very good with plenty of towels. The hotel staff were very helpful in all matters and the breakfast service was faultless. I did not get chance to try the pool but it looks very nice. I would be happy to stay here in the future.

What you see in the photos is what you get, excellent staff and location in Istambul, i left behind my airpods and sunglasses and they send it over with NO CHARGE AT ALL. Very good breakfast and hot jacuzzi. Will return for sure.

I love the location, employees are all great, the only issue I have with this hotel is rooms are small and warm and some rooms don't even have windows to get some air, but the staff make up for that , I was there on my birthday and without me mentioning that, I came back to my room to find it decorated and a medium size cake with candles on the dresser with birthday wishes, I thought that was very sweet of them and I really appreciated that gesture. despite the room size, I will go back to this hotel, and again thank you to the staff.

Romantic get away

Hotel location is very good, excellent for the major sites and attractions. The spa facilities and pool are also good. Outside terrace very nice, although pool had not yet been filled during our stay. Beds are terrible! We had bad backs for 4 days The breakfast was ok but needs a more continental feel. The coffee was terrible…undrinkable. So we went to the cafe near by. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and a few refinements would make the hotel excellent!

the staff were ok. i felt my room was truly cleaned when i leave a tip. No air condition during winter so make sure you book a room with window so you can open the window when its hot. the mosquitoes do come in when you open the window so beware.

Didn't like that end of floor A hallway was not lit up and floor A flooring was carpeted compared to other floors which were tiled. If you can live without a window then overall very satisfied especially with complimentary breakfast buffet and yes I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Average hotel in a good location

Pros - located walking distance to two tram lines Spa is nice however the female only sauna was nit available for a full week throughout our stay Cons - reception staff are unhelpful and not friendly. They all seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I believe this attitude comes management above who are probably not treating them well and this is reflective in their behavior tiny basic rooms for the amount they charge Breakfast was average

Stay away from this place !!!

If I could give this hotel zero rating I would. Save your money and stay someplace else. Hotel is a 4 star scam. Front desk employees are rude, very rude. We’re paying guests but they make us feel as if we’re seeking free shelter. Whole hotel is a catfish, worst experience ever. I couldn’t even cancel my reservation as they do no refunds. First they gave us basement room with no airflow, then comes the foul smell from their drains. Literally had to beg to switch rooms, and eventually did after a screaming fest in the lobby. Seven days in hell. Save your money.
