"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. ..."

"I had bad luck. We got in late and were tired from long day of travel. We were given a beautiful room but no air conditioning. We left frontbdoor open withba garbage pail and opened the windows but after 3 or 4 visits from lovely staff we got moved to another room and had to repack.... Some staff ..."
