My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh,delicious options to choose from. " We had a great experience at the Ajwa hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is quiet and elegant, staff are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and staff are willing to provide a great service to meet all your needs. The quality of breakfast is superb! A big thank you to Abdul Rehman for all his efforts during breakfast every morning. We had a great stay at the Ajwa hotel, my only criticism is that I felt that the air conditioning in our room (207) wasn’t a five star hotel standard! When returning to our room after a day out in the scorching 36 degrees the AC was not sufficient to cool you down quickly. Also, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be for you but the rest is absolutely 5 stars. "

"We had a great time. Excellent staff, very welcoming and the rooms were great. The staff even lent me money to tip the driver that dropped us off without hesitation (I pad her back of course), but I mean the hospitality was great! We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast but a couple of my family members did and said it was good. Rooms have the nice technology of digital signs at the door for housekeeping and do not disturb rather than the old door sign, nice! Very nice walkable distance to many places, so location was great! Highly recommend and will come back again! "

We checked out at 3 am and surprised to find the receptionist and concierge were there. The concierge even accompanied us to the Uber taxi that we reserved earlier. We felt we were protected. "
