"The main selling point of this hotel is its location. You literally step outside, walk a short block, turn a corner and find yourself in front of Hagia Sophia and multiple other prime attractions. And the hotel’s rooftop restaurant has amazing views of everything. Everything else about this hotel was also good. The staff was very attentive; they handled our check-in and checkout while treating us to tea and coffee. The room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint was bad weather, but that’s not really up to them. Would certainly recommend it."

"This was my second time staying at Titanic City Taksim, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit. The hotel has a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my time there. The breakfast was also a highlight. There was a great variety of fresh options, and it was a perfect way to start each day. One thing that’s especially important to me is cleanliness, and the room absolutely met my expectations. Everything felt well maintained and spotless, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location is another major plus. It’s within walking distance in both directions to so many fun things to do, from restaurants and shops to local attractions. I would highly recommend Titanic City Taksim and would happily stay there again."

"The hotel was generally clean and the staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was also a positive part of the stay. However, the location is not convenient if you are traveling with luggage or a stroller, especially when relying on public transportation. The elevator is very small and cannot accommodate a stroller easily. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, and rooms facing the street were quite noisy. The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate, and the sink was not properly cleaned. Overall, while the staff and cleanliness were good, there are several practical issues that affect comfort and convenience."
