I liked the area and facilities, The bathroom was leaking, the leaving floor could be cleaner, and the bed sheets to change wasn't offered.

Ok. Average guesthouse, not a hotel per say. Good service. Spacious rooms, I like how they have multiple sitting and table areas, plus kitchen and free laundry services. #12 bus right outside, takes you to the ferry port plus other places. Rooms could be cleaner. Safe was not working. In a local area on a hill, about 10-12 min walk up from the Uskudar pier. Places to eat starting at about the 6 min walk down the hill.
