I will say a Good family friendly hotel and staff were also helpful. Close to taksim square metro station which is convenient for travelling. Just the local pub noice but it was for during weekend. Overall excellent and highly recommended.

First it was hard to find ..I spent 20 minutes looking for it then after asking 3 people we found it..I told the front desk you should leave signs outside so people can locate the hotel easier..he got offended then he told me the check in at 2:30 you came to early .. The room was small smell like onion because my room was in the restaurant floor ( was restaurant and they turn it into a rooms. The hotel location is okay but they are too many restaurants and too much noise.. We couldn’t sleep before 3 am .. The picture of the food or the restaurant it’s all fake . They is no early check in and no welcoming drink .. Not recommend it

Room was unbelievably dirty. There was a big blood stain on the blanket which was without a cover. When i asked for another blanket they gave me a dirtier one with a cover and told me to do it myself. The phone in the room doesn't work. The receptionist didn't tell us anything about the hotel. He didn't even show us to our room. Now i don't wanna be a pain in the a**, but i work in a hotel as well and this types of thing is personnel's job to do.

Very dirty, noisy and requires major renovation

It should have been a good hotel at the very beginning since the location is good, room (for 3 people) and bathroom are spacious and the initial interior was good BUT now this hotel requires a major RENOVATION and CLEANING. We gave 100 TL to the cleaning lady to clean the room from the bottom to the top and she only changed the bedding. This lady that works with a man does not use any vacuum cleaner, the dirt on the bathroom walls has been accumulating there for years, the duvet and pillows are yellow and disgusting. I had to buy Lysol spray and wipes to clean the toilet, sink and bath cabin myself, so we can use the bathroom. It is extremely noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff is nice and friendly but the management should definitely change their cleaning staff and do the renovation. My mom has been traveling all over the Turkey for years and she says this is the first time you give extra money to the cleaning lady and she does nothing. Very disappointing. Also, since there are lots of holes in the corners of the walls, we ended up with a bug in our bed.
