love everything about Opera Bosphorus, we have been to 4 hotels before this and I am super glad that Opera gave us the ended holiday rest that we need. We booked 2 rooms and honestly, the Royal Suite could fit the family of 5. we were greeted with an awesome view of Bosphorus. the Deluxe Room also had partial sea view and it was great as well. Love the staff handling our stay. Shout-out to the 3 staff that attended to us, Yassin, Maya and another person during our check-out. some mistakes were made but they were quick enough to rectify it. Thank you Opera for making our 5 days stay fabulous with an awesome new year bang..

A great stay -

A fantastic stay throughout, with great hospitality shown, especially a string of flight delays coming into Istanbul. The room was fantastic, with great views over the Bosphorus. Facilities were great, and location just around the corner of Taksim Square, which never sleeps !

Location is good 10 minutes walking from Taksim square. Nearby many good restaurants and rooftops. The rooms overlooking the Bosphorus are amazing but Too pricey. The breakfast was very good. Overall experience was excellent.

The staff was wonderful. Our room was large and clean with an excellent view of the Bosphorus.The AC was top notch. The spa, which includes fitness room, pool, Turkish Bath, sauna and steam room were an added bonus. The location is close to Taksim without being in the center of the crowds and noise. It is also within walking distance of Kabatas pier, where ferries to the Princes Islands and other city piers run. I wouldn't even consider staying at any other Istanbul hotel.

Great location, great price, great view!

The hotel is in a great location close to Taksim Square with shopping and dining etc, and a short walk to the ferry if needed. The hotel was clean, well staffed and comfortable. Our double bed was separated to twin beds (friends in same room) late in the evening on arrival, breakfast was good. The hotel also has valet underground parking.

This is a really good high quality smaller hotel. Staff was very attentive to needs and were helpful navigating Istanbul. I would recommend getting the room facing the Bosphorus. It is a really nice view. This location makes for easy getting around. The tram station in a hike down some steep sidewalks. Easy to get to

The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and polite. My husband and I felf very comfortable in the hotel. The kahvaltı (breakfast)in the hotel is delicious, totally recommended. The pool area is nice and quite, also the spa. The area is safe, close to the tramway, port and subway. Taksim square is a few minutes walking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just walking around.

The property is high and nestled on the Bosphorus call me a home body but you kind of don’t want to leave your room the views are amazing in the Bosphorus rooms and spacious. 2 Restaurants on property have a variety of local and foreign options, customer service is remarkable and seamless. 7 star hotel service in this beautiful hotel with outstanding view on bosphorus. Lacation, comfort, food, all is good, but service? You cant get better service anywhere like this! All of hotel personnel is so friendly and customer service oriented. Have been in more than 76 countries, houndrieds of hotels, one of the best service ever! Manager of the hotel his name is Mahmat, this guy is a gold of this hotel, just makes every guest happy being in his hotel! No other option for istanbul when im back!

The best part was the outstanding seaview and the spa (steam room and sauna). The pool was closed. They also have a Starbucks at reception which is open til late. I didn't eat anything but checked out the Skyview restaurant which has awesome views. The staff are very welcoming including Ahmed at the spa. The surrounding area is ok but not upscale like the Beskitas area which is close by and a better choice if that's what you prefer. You can walk to the hotel from the Taskim station but it's uphill or Kabatas tram which is downhill.

2 room’s Bosphorus view and honeymoon suite

I had booked 2 rooms with Bosphorus view and a balcony one of these rooms was a honeymoon suite. The view is majestic and seeing the sunset was a major sight to my visit.The rooms looked as the pictures so I was happy about that. They were very clean and spacious. The honeymoon suite comes with a capsule coffee machine and a jet path; I had booked this for my anniversary but they were charging a lot to add flowers on the bed; would have appreciated it if they were complementary considering the price we and the occasion so I didn’t go for that. The hotel location was not that great for car drivers. It was on a hill and a highway so it will be a problem parking there. However, the rooms were very quite and on the other side of the road so we can’t hear any noises. The evening staff were friendly and nice. As I loved the room I asked if I could extend and they told me it is available and you can book online or come in reception. So I booked online.However the morning staff was very rude and wanted to change one of the rooms to lower floor I told him that I had a chat with the evening staff and told me it was available he said it is available but someone wants to extend and asked for that room. He didn’t make sense but eventually we stayed in the same room after argument. He even made me pay more saying I paid for one person even though it stated 2 people capacity. I regretted extending Overall, the breakfast is magnificent and rooms are amazing but the spa is not great.
