"Close to Opera House and circular key. If you cruise there and your berth is near opera house you can simply walk to hotel which is only a few blocks away. Be careful about taxi's as they could rip you off. Check price before you get in. We were charged $45A for a cab fare from cruise ship to hotel. Ridiculous as less than a mile."

"The room was straight out of the 60's and tired. Got email from hotel after checking out that hotel was just purchased and needs refurbishing. If that's the case why are you charging full fare. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they run out they don't serve me a hamburger and still charge me the price of the steak. The staff were very friendly and have heard these complaints before. They handled the complaints well."

"The Rydges Sydney Airport is located perfectly at the international terminal. Thecomfortable beds and quiet rooms are the only good thing now. The self checkin process is appalling, obviously another way to decrease staff and make more money without a drop in price for the room. I still like this hotel, but Im noticing the decline in service, the expensive drinks and food in the bar and restaurant."
