The room was modern and clean, nothing remarkable but nice. The room could’ve used a little more light. Well priced for Nyc"

"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"
