My sons and I had an excellent stay at the Baccarat. Staff was attentive and welcoming, room was excellent with great views, food in the Salon was good. Overall hotel was very clean and well maintained. Loved the Baccarat crystal glasses and chandeliers. The doormen were also extremely helpful and friendly.

No complaints. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I used valet parking but loved the free chauffeur service offered. The food was top notch and I loved the spa service, pool & cabana! The room was clean, spacious and elegant with a beautiful view of the city. The rainfall shower & soaking tub were very soothing, the heated toilet seat and fine chocolates were the cherry on top!

I stayed here with my daughter who really wanted a relaxing swimming and dining in the hotel. Swimming pool and fitness areas were clean and quiet. And both room services and retaurants provided delicious dishes with satisfying service. Bedding was really comfortable that we had a relaxing stay which which wished for. Checking in and out are convenient. Strongly recommend to stop by Baccarat Boutique to shop. You won't regret your stay here.

High end property with a beautiful room but I didn’t feel the level of front desk service matched the quality of the property and other staff. My check in staff was a bit stand off’ish and not entirely willing to make The process easy. Also I asked for late Checkout and they granted it with some begrudging manners. I’ve not had that at other 5 star properties where the general attitude is “we can make that happen”. Pleasant stay but a little disappointed. Concierge staff Alexandra and Raphael on the other hand were excellent. Wonderful.
