"The rooms are very small. Water leak below the bathtub. The pictures is deceiving. Should be rated as 2 star. Air condition out of order for 2 days. "Guest house is a good position for the ram into the city centre. You will need to change to a tram to get to some highlights unless you are prepared for a 30/45 min. walk. Accommodation is on the 4th level. There is small lift (Max 2 people)which is not obvious how to work when you arrive. "The breakfast was poor. No croissants delivered 2/4 mornings, no fruit or yoghurt and cereal dispenser almost empty. In effect, nothing to eat...!
