"This property was such a mix of good and bad. They had such friendly staff who were willing to help out with all of our requests, a great pool with direct access to the beach and beautiful views, and wonderful service in cleaning the rooms. However, there was literally not a single decoration or wall hanging of any kind in any room in our suite. It was sterile and unwelcoming. "Hotel was fine, house keeping was great, but the hotel has some things that can be improved ...like the launch chairs by the pool on the roof terrace and the ones in the room balconies were very dirty. ...The entrance of my room was facing directly to the kitchen and to the area were the staff shower and take breaks ..... Breakfast was always cold ..... Check in was not smooth at all"

"The staff were absolutely incredible , although the check in experience felt cheap and Disney-esque , along with the laminated menus in the rooms … the room however was not up to standard , it was noisy at all times of day , with it being right in front of what seemed to be a main road , totally ruined the feeling of privacy ."

"Everything and everyone were great. Quiet neighborhood, but still be able to walk to the close-by “village” and a 7-eleven. It locates on the farthest side of the island, perfect for those who love a quiet vacation. There are two drawbacks however. One is the noise level from the next rooms because the walls are thin and the front door doesn’t really fit the frame. There’s a big gap for outside noises and insects to come thru. When a neighbor slams their door, it sounds like a lightning strike, Second, as attentive as the breakfast buffet staff are, the food is always cold. There aren’t enough heating devices for containers. This issue should be easier to rectify for the hotel owner, compared to the thin walls. So, I hope they will do it. Again, all else is great. Helpful staff. Next to a cozy quiet beach."

"From the moment we arrived at V Villas Phuket, it was clear this place was special. The staff are incredibly professional and well-trained — every interaction felt warm and genuine. The 24-hour butler service was a standout, with our preferences anticipated before we even asked. A lovely touch was the handwritten notes left each evening during turndown service. It’s a small detail that made us feel truly welcomed rather than just another guest. Our villa’s private pool was immaculate every day, and the views over the Andaman Sea were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that panorama each morning was unforgettable. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat. If you want luxury paired with genuine hospitality, this is the place."
