I don't know what the problem was, but you could not see to the outside and there was no screen, so we were not able to enjoy the view."

Later the day of checkout, I caalled the GM who graciously approved a rate discount for the inconvenience. Grace was the GM and Johnny helped me. Very impressed with the proper degree of concern and professionalism and both Individuals were exceptionally courteous."
