The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect. They even left a box of goodies for us (chocolates, cookies, gourmet tea, etc) Was hesitant to book due to other reivews mentioning the street noise but we used the portalable fans to create white...
