"Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too. "

"I have stayed here twice now. The staff are all incredible and the hotel is really nice. Breakfast is good and my room had a steam room in the shower which was great."
"This was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we had another great experience. The staff are very helpful, the room was great with a stunning view and there’s so many good food options within walking distance of the hotel. This will always be the place we stay when returning to London. "
"Nice sized room. Good sized shower. Pretty good breakfast (slightly stale croissants and weak coffee _but_ nice meat and cheese). Quite busy even before 730am.
The check out staff were very helpful - and polished. I appreciated some of their kindness as I headed away from the hotel (thanks Diago).
The location is good (essentially above a tube station), and while the hotel was busy my room was quiet and the bed comfortable. I slept well. The amenities were on the limited side (even for a budget hotel), but .... I would stay here again."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton London City. The room was spotless and the bathroom bright and clean. The shower was excellent. I also like the toiletries which were without chemicals.
Breakfast was a great buffet and very nice staff. Haris one of the staff was very kind and smiley and offered great service.
The only thing I'd add was the TV didn't operate on my 2nd day which was odd and I couldn't get an answer from reception when I called (but it was 10pm when I'd got back). Other than that it was perfect. A very quiet room even though it was close to the lift I didn't hear anything. "
