The staff are very helpful, the room was great with a stunning view and there’s so many good food options within walking distance of the hotel. "Nice sized room. Good sized shower. Pretty good breakfast (slightly stale croissants and weak coffee _but_ nice meat and cheese). Quite busy even before 730am. The check out staff were very helpful - and polished. I appreciated some of their kindness as I headed away from the hotel (thanks Diago). The location is good (essentially above a tube station), and while the hotel was busy my room was quiet and the bed comfortable. I slept well. The amenities were on the limited side (even for a budget hotel), but .... I would stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton London City. The room was spotless and the bathroom bright and clean. The shower was excellent. I also like the toiletries which were without chemicals. Breakfast was a great buffet and very nice staff. Haris one of the staff was very kind and smiley and offered great service. The only thing I'd add was the TV didn't operate on my 2nd day which was odd and I couldn't get an answer from reception when I called (but it was 10pm when I'd got back). Other than that it was perfect. A very quiet room even though it was close to the lift I didn't hear anything. "
