"My son and I had a great time staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. The tents are a good size, clean, and beds are comfortable with heated blankets. Nice big clean pool. It was nice to have our own fire pit to roast S’mores. Some other reviews I read were saying the bathrooms were bad but I really didn’t think so. This property is beautiful and we will definitely be back again. "

The location of the hotel within town could not have been more convenient. 10m walk to basically anything you want to do in Healdsburg from breakfast to dinner. Would not hesitate to stay again!"

"Very friendly proprietor and staff. Lovely garden area with picnic tables, grills, fire pits and more overlooking the river. Such a beautiful view. Cozy rooms with good amenities, and only a short drive away to restaurants, shops and attractions. Would certainly stay again."
"Ok so this is a place that you have to appreciate the rustic charm and love the affordability. Jay is great. Responsive. Its not crowded. Theres available parking. The property is beautiful. The river folks are friendly...well most of them anyway. Yes the rugs could use changing, and the outside chairs could use a good scrubbing. But I will be making this my go to definitely. "

"Lovely spot on the river. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean. The kitchen could use a knife sharpener and maybe an extra baking sheet. The dishwasher didn't work but the bbq was great! Overall, a great place on the river. We'll be back! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Old Timer. What a cozy and relaxing treasure of a house. The deck looking over the river was so relaxing and peaceful. The fireplace was a beautiful element that made the evenings so cozy. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the space was just as it looked in the photos, with the comfiest couch to lounge on. I would definitely return in the future and recommend to others. "
