"No complaints on the hotel overall, I didn’t know what to expect of downtown LA and didn’t realize the amount of homeless people in the area. I felt very unsafe walking around once the sun went down"

"From check in to check out, the staff were so nice, i like how they have clubs there on the 8th floor which is super convenient. The room was nice with a beautiful view. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will return again!"
