Was such a pleasant welcome and smooth check in when we arrived at the hotel the staff and especially Tiffany were so helpfull and really went the extra effort to make sure our stay is perfect. Every time we leave or come all staff acknowledge you and say hi or bye. The bed is so comfotable and the pillows are so soft. Room and bathroom is so spacious in the room we had. Is only a 5/10 minute walk to the old quarter qith plenty of little shops and restaurants along the way. Would recommend...

Every guess receives an amazing welcome from the moment they enter the hotel. Thae staff are so helpful and kind. My room was spacious well furnished and importantly quiet! The hotel location was close to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely book this hotel without hesitation. A+

We stayed here as a family of five. The staff were absolutely amazing, constantly going out of their way to be helpful and friendly. We were initially quite overwhelmed when we arrived as the reception area was very full and busy - if you experience this, please don’t let it deter you, this hotel is fabulous. We have stayed at many hotels during our 4 weeks in Vietnam and we all agree that Solaria had the best breakfast! Our bed was very hard, but as soon as we spoke to reception a topper was...

We stayed only one night at Proverb Hotel Hanoi and it was a very lovely experience. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the Old Quarter and very walkable from most areas. The staff were lovely and the view from breakfast and the bar were great. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but there were some families enjoying the facilities when we went to go have a look. The staff were helpful and very happy to hold our luggage as our flight was later in the day. Everything was...

From the moment you enter this wonderful hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. This hotel has great character and atmosphere. The staff absolutely love their jobs and it shows. You will definately not be missed by the staff, they greet and know everyone by name, always with a smile. The rooms are really spacious, and no noise can be heard from the street, however my only concern was the shower was over the bath, so if this is a bother you might like to mention this on check in. The hotel is...

The

The reception staff were excellent and so very helpful all the time. The breakfast was excellent. Such a great choice everyday something different in the buffet selection. Fresh coffee, juice and a daily smoothie. The pool wasn’t very big and personally dont like that people are allowed to smoke in such a small confined space . There is some on going renovations, as the hotel is very new and thats why we got it at a very good price. Didn’t realise our room didn’t have an external window. The...

As my stay at JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter nears its end, I am compelled to share the wonderful experience I’ve had here. Currently residing in the last two rooms available, my time at this centrally located gem has been nothing short of delightful. The rooms, although lacking a scenic view, boast impeccable cleanliness, thanks to the diligent daily room service. The flawless water drainage system further enhances the overall comfort of the accommodations. What truly sets JM Marvel...

Amazing hotel. The staff were quite exceptional, especially Ms Lee who was our personal concierge for our stay! Would highly recommend this hotel for its quality, value for money and attentive service.
