"Nice place and you will fee like a "local" in a Seattle neighborhood. I would recommend highly for solo business travelers working downtown or UW area. I found it a nice reprieve from downtown and Bellevue hotels. "

"The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip."
