"Everything about the stay was excellent except the multilayered marketing of the Bonvoy membership on the wifii was annoying and the parking rate of $35 per day was exorbitant and not clearly shown on the website. It just said parking was available."

"We were looking forward to the pool but it was closed for maintenance. I had specifically booked an indoor pool so that it would be open pre-summer. The staff said they kept putting it on the website that it was closed but it was getting taken down. The rest of the stay was great except that the shower door was off its track and nearly impossible to move. I felt like I was doing something wrong trying to close it just to take a shower but I don’t want water to get everywhere. "

"This was our second stay here and we absolutely love this place. The location is fantastic, the home is very clean, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we need to cook meals. And you really can walk to the zoo! There’s plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, and the host is wonderful—very responsive and helpful if anything comes up. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
