The space
It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 3-story townhouse with roof top deck. It's a wonderful place to stay for anyone who is visiting Seattle, especially University of Washington, Seattle Children's Hospital and University of Washington Medical Center. All bedrooms have desks and chairs available and are great for guests who want to work from home.

Both of my daughters had appointments at Seattle Children's over the span of 2 days, and this property is only 1 mile away. It was quiet and had all the amenities we could need! Gary responded immediately when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for family trip

This place was great for our family of 4. Each kid had their own room and us parents had a whole floor to ourselves. The place was exactly as advertised with comfortable beds and anything and everything you would need in a kitchen, board games, and baby items if you need it. The location is close the university and a short drive into the touristy parts of Seattle. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Amazing location and clean property

I stayed at the unit for 5 days with my family, and we loved the location and the property. However, the parking space behind the building was narrow, so I parked on the street.

Wedding dress trip

Very clean place and just very responsive when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on heat. Parking tight but so grateful for dedicated parking. Great place!

Great Place, Great Host

This place was perfect for our family stay in Seattle. We had our three little kids with us and the layout and cleanliness allowed everyone to be comfortable and to sleep well. Which isn't a given with all vacation rentals. It was great.

UW tour

Nice townhouse; Attentive host!

This townhouse was nicely appointed, clean, comfortable, and kitchen was nicely stocked enabling me to cook a couple great meals. But what stood out to me was the attentiveness of the host. I couldn’t find a can opener and he had 1 delivered the next day!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great week of family time! Great location to downtown and all other sites. Communication was excellent and every question was answered within minutes. House was well maintained and had everything we needed. The roof top was our favorite place to spend time together. Would stay here again!

This was a perfect location for our visit with friends located only two blocks away. Nice quiet residential street. We had no trouble parking in front on street. We only used one if three bedrooms…but this would be a nice place for larger group/ family. We would stay here again.

Wonderful place

Overall- excellent place to stay. Great location, wonderful and responsive communication with the owners. Well stocked for all types of needs. Very firm beds, comfy pillows. 3rd floor shower is spa-like. Views from the top deck are relaxing. Kitchen table is not for small children as the only place to eat, but we made due. Parking is a challenge, unless you have a small vehicle.

Best VBRO experience ever!

The home was as advertised, well-maintained and spotless. Communication with the host on a minor issue we experienced was fabulous with immediate action taken to mitigate the issue. We stayed at this home to facilitate granddaughter's surgery at Seattle Children's Hospital. Perfect location and great home and host. Highly recommend!

Loved the kitchen with all the cooking supplies need! Important for our group. Appreciated the soaps and labeling of cabinets to find things. Did get a chance to hang out on the balcony but maybe next time! Will stay again

Beautiful 3 bedroom townhome

Great property! Clean and comfortable - all amenities you need for a long weekend. We had atypical sunny & warm weather all 4 days of our stay and were able to make good use of the rooftop deck. The location was close to our relatives which is mostly what we cared about. Parking was never an issue. There isn't a lot of room (other than the rooftop) if you want to play games with a lot of people, but you can make it work - we did!

Excellent location, close to hospitals and parks

We needed a place that was near Children's Hospital and UW hospital. This rental was in the perfect location. It was exactly as listed. Super fast wifi, which was great for working. The little extras from shampoo and conditioner, hairdryers, and coffee, were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend. The host maintained exceptional communication too.

Modern, 3-story townhouse

This property is well-maintained. Beds were comfortable. We stayed with another couple. Each of us had a bedroom and bathroom. So that worked really well. Kitchen was stocked with enough pots, pans, utensils. My only nit, is that the property is near a major street and there was a fair bit of noise. We went on a great walk down to the waterfront. The neighborhood is well-taken care of.

Wonderful Seattle stay

The townhouse is in a great location, close to UW, in a lovely residential neighborhood. Checking in was easy and the house was spotless on our arrival. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped -- there was a Vitamix, a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, and an air fryer -- and very good knives and pots and pans, which you don't always find in a vacation rental! The beds were exactly how we prefer them; firm and supportive, and we slept very well. Sheets and towels were all high-quality and the bathrooms had excellent lighting. We had remarkably good weather while in Seattle and enjoyed having coffee and drinks up on the roof deck. As other reviewers have mentioned the parking space in the back is tight but we quickly got used to it, and parking on the street in front of the house was always available. We'd happily return to this property the next time we're in Seattle!

Comfortable and very convenient

My husband and I just spent 8 days in this property while visiting family nearby. The location is great for walking (Magnuson Park, Burke-Gilman Trail, and surrounding neighborhoods) and grocery shopping is nearby (Metropolitan Market and Safeway). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and utensils. We stayed in the third floor bedroom, which is spacious along with the bathroom on the same floor. Huge shower and wonderful Dyson hair dryer. Gary (host) was very responsive and provided great tips. Check in and check out were easy. The parking area in the back is tight, but street parking is available if you have a larger vehicle. We had some concern about potential road noise from Sand Point Way, but it was surprisingly quiet. No noise from the neighbors on either side, and very little road noise. The property has a wonderful rooftop with great views, but we were unable to enjoy it due to the weather. This is a three level (four, counting the stairs to the rooftop) unit, so you will get your exercise going up and down the stairs! We appreciated that, though, especially after enjoying a visit to nearby Top Pot Doughnuts. We would stay here again, and I recommend it if your travels take you to the University area of Seattle.

Great Stay

The townhouse was perfect for our family. The queen and king sized beds, nicely stocked kitchen and laundry made our stay feel more like home. The access to public transportation made it easy to get around the city. The area was safe and not over crowded.
