"Room itself was fantastic! Great look and feel to it. Amenities within the room were great. Location was perfrect. Only thing to be aware of is there is no indication that it's a multi floor property without any elevators. Didn't expect to have to carry 3 heavy suitcases up a flight of stairs which could be a challenge for certain people."

It’s set up perfectly for creating lasting memories with family or friends. The property manager is prompt and a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely be returning! "

"We stayed at this property over spring break with three families, and unfortunately the cleanliness was a major issue.At first glance the home seemed fine, but the longer we stayed, the more problems we uncovered. The kitchen clearly had not been deep cleaned in quite some time—the sink was dirty, the dishwasher smelled (the filter appeared never cleaned), the air fryer had to be scrubbed before use, and the freezer drawer was unsanitary to the point that we had to clean it before storing food.The bathrooms were worse. We found hair and mold in the downstairs shower and extensive mold in the upstairs shower. The master shower had a constant drip with standing water and visible dirt buildup, making it uncomfortable to use.In the bedrooms, the master comforter appeared unwashed and decorative, not suitable for guests. In another room, we removed bedding to wash it and found disgusting stains on the mattress.The washing machine also had mold in the rubber gasket and needed cleaning before use.Traveling with a large group during a busy week, relocating wasn’t realistic, so we spent time cleaning the home ourselves just to make it livable—and left it much cleaner than we found it.This property has potential but needs a thorough deep cleaning and mold remediation before we could recommend it.I wish I had taken more photos but our first response was to get to cleaning, so we didn’t capture half of the disgust we encountered. "The location of this property is awesome! It is steps from the sand and gorgeous view, and within walking distance from many shops, coffee cafes, restaurants, etc. Bedrooms and living area are spacious as are the 2 bathrooms. Plenty of bath and beach towels, which is always a plus. The garage is huge and great for storing beach gear and bikes. Check-in was super easy and host was very communicative with emails. In addition, upon arrival, the floors still had sand on them and host responded within an hour of my call and had cleaners out that day. Speaking of dirty floors, the topic of cleanliness is the downfall of this property. The blinds on all windows were filthy, many surfaces and corners of rooms were dusty, and there were a couple pans in the cabinet with egg coated on them still. It is a bit outdated and shows many signs of wear (some windows do not open, one of the bedroom doors was off its hinge, broken blinds in addition to being very dusty, etc). Sadly, the filth hindered our stay and we would return pending deep cleaning and a few repairs/upgrades."
