  • Newly remodeled, 1 BDR condo with partial views of the ocean, bay, downtown, and city. Both ocean and bay are just a few steps from the building. Restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, etc. are within a few steps of the condo.

    Condo has new hybrid/hardwood waterproof flooring, large bathroom with double-sided shower. Large balcony faces south with partial views of the ocean and bay. Panoramic view of the city, Downtown, and Coronado Island. Bedroom window faces north with clear view of the city. Condo has cable with 55" HDTV and high-speed (WiFi) internet.

    SeaWorld is 7 minutes away. San Diego Zoo and Downtown Gaslamp district are 15 minutes away. La Jolla is 19 minutes away.
