    The beach house is 15 seconds (25 yards) by foot to Sail Bay and 2 minutes (100 yards) by foot to the Pacific Ocean.

    This bright and cheery, immaculate beach bungalow has all the amenities of home on a bayside court of Mission Beach and Bay. It is surrounded by beautiful Mission Bay on one side and the magnificent Pacific Ocean on the other, both with incredible white sand beaches.

    The Oceanfront Boardwalk and Bayfront Walk wrap all around Mission Beach and Mission Bay for leisurely walks and bike riding for several miles. Rentals available down the block.

    Enjoy the relaxing bayside environment on the deck with a BBQ. This bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. As well as a gas grill on patio.

    Enjoy spectacular views while strolling on the Bayfront Walk or the Ocean Boardwalk, ending up at one of the many eateries for a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner.

    Sunbathe, swim or surf at the beach. Rent a jet-ski, boat or paddle board for a fun relaxing day on the bay. We have returned once again to this beautiful Beach Getaway! We love staying here since it's so close to the beach, bay and so many restaurants and coffee shops. It's the perfect location. Cory is a great host. Her house is nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed and then some. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Mission Beach and just steps from the beach on both the bay and ocean sides. Lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. We will be back!

Comfortable bungalow close to beach and bay. Easy walk to restaurants. Nice outside seating area. Got caught in a fog bank for the weekend but it didn't dampen the enjoyment. It was a tight fit for the Outback in the driveway but we didn't drive much!

Great little near beach property

Property was basically as advertised. Washer and dryer was mildly hard to access if you park in the driveway, but other than that everything you need in a little vacation house. Close to beach access and local dining. Master bed was clean and comfy and pull out futon was large enough to sleep two kids.

What a location!

My wife and I had a wonderful time here. The location is fantastic, short walk to both Mission bay and Mission beach. Having a king bed made the stay so much more enjoyable. Being able to make meals at the home really helped us save money. We loved eating dinner and drinking morning coffee on the front patio. We enjoyed bike rides, kayaking, and long beach walks. Great property!

This bungalow was perfect for my husband and I for our long weekend getaway. Had everything we needed, especially the AC, it was pretty hot out! We had a wonderful time at the bungalow. It was perfect my husband and I and 12 year old daughter. The location was fantastic. We loved being able to walk to the water in two different directions. For a small/tiny house, this is very well thought out inside. Everything is purposeful and decorated nicely. The master bed inside the room makes it a little tight but that would be my only gripe and not really because the bed was very comfortable. host was very good about communicating and our stay was perfect.
