"Great place "

"This hotel is not quite what is was and has gone from exceptional to ‘has room for improvement’. Examples. A swim up bar should not be cans and slushies only. The bar should be manned by trained and friendly staff. Breakfast doesn’t need to be the overpriced buffet it currently is. Ala carte will be better for everyone. I could keep going - I will be back - Townsville doesn’t have a great deal of competition."

"We arrived early and was able to check in. We also got an upgrade from a room to a 1 bed apartment overlooking the Stadium. We got a late check out also. Easy to park underground. "
