"Our room was cold and when we called to see if they could service it they told us they had switched over to air conditioning and that the room couldn’t get any warmer. They offered to bring us a heater for the room, which we stated that we wanted and then they never brought it to us. The cost of parking on and off site is completely ridiculous. We won’t stay here again. "

"There was a group staying at the hotel that hired their own private security. There were several security people all over and it didn’t make me feel safer it was intrusive and changed the vibe of the weekend. Love the hotel, didn’t like our experience this weekend."
