Beautiful historic property in a quiet area just off Niagara River but within easy walk distance of attractions. Our room was elegant with an exquisite shower and good climate control. Breakfast is delicious, no matter what you choose, with pastries and coffee/tea available all day. There was even free charging station for our EV. Will be coming back.

Stayed here for a night while visiting Niagara Falls, and would have stayed longer if we could. The building is absolutely beautiful and the room was an unexpected surprise, it had grand elegance Bridgerton feel, while at the same time, made you feel at home. Breakfast was exquisite and every staff member was so kind and friendly. Our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was 10/10. We will absolutely stay here again.

The bnb is cute and nice enough, but our suite had some water damage on the ceiling that really could have been repaired better, especially considering the cost for the night. There also wasn’t much in the way of “amenities”, the room was pretty bare bones, and our patio could have used some upkeep in the landscaping. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the shower was really good, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with nice fruit, fresh pastries and yummy meal options, and the place was reasonably quiet considering the proximity to the falls!

My wife and I have traveled all over the continent and this might’ve been the greatest stay we’ve had! Our room was awesome, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. The falls were within walking distance and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Wonderful staff! Squeaky room. Unfortunately the issue we ran into is the bed. It squeaked horribly everytime one of us sat down or stood up from the bed. As well I know the home is very old and it’s beautiful but we felt bad as everytime we walked around the floor squeaked loudly and I felt terrible for the room below us. We asked for a different room but they were all booked up. The reception to check in was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The washroom and the shower was absolutely amazing and loved the smell of the shower products and creams! We will go try there again but will try a different room.

We loved that the place that has very few guests and it felt very personal. Chef’s personally prepared breakfast (included) that we were not able to enjoy because of time constraints but it must be good. Very unique rooms and clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed. Staff was above snd beyond accommodating. I wish that there balconies and outdoor areas were as maintained and looked after as inside, then it would have been 10/10. I booked my room through Expedia and the Expedia description was very wrong. My room should have been River view but you can only see the River from the corner of the balcony if you go outside, otherwise both side of the room was a Parking lot. Room itself was good, I wish it was actually a River view.
