The hotel is in a really great location just a short walk from all the main attractions and is peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was really nice and the rooms were large spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and everything was very clean. The grounds need alot of TLC and plants around the common areas need to be taken care of better. Our room was very spacious but the doors to the closet and bathroom made it look like the basement, which is was but it lost the antique look. Overall it was nice, would stay again.

We stayed in a penthouse room with a balcony, it was beautifully decorated and very clean. Showering was AMAZING! Bed was super comfortable! Breakfast was delicious! I’m so happy we stayed here for 2 nights. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Everything was great.,,only issue was the elevator was out during our stay but that wasn’t something they could fix quickly on a weekend.

Although the location is a little away from the falls, I actually loved how quiet and peaceful it was. From the moment we checked in, every staff we encountered was so kind and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was just as wonderful as everyone had said. It was full of the warmth and love of a grandmother's home cooking, and the taste was simply beyond words. Even the fact that guests are asked about their preferences in advance at check-in shows how much thought and care. The room was beyond my expectations—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and pleasant. In fact, the entire property was exceptionally clean. Not a speck of dust could be found anywhere, from the lobby and dining area to every corner of the stairways. I also really appreciated the complimentary parking, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, it was such a warm and delightful stay. I would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful stay, feels like home We had a lovely stay at Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent. You really feel at home here. Our room was beautiful. Small touches made the stay even better: snacks, fresh fruit, a tea selection, and a vending machine on the main floor. Breakfast was excellent, with a menu you choose the day before, and everything we had was delicious. The only downside was in the bathroom. When the shower ran and the room got humid, condensation dripped from the ceiling vent, and the drops looked rusty. It's a small issue and easy to fix, but worth mentioning. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a night while visiting Niagara Falls, and would have stayed longer if we could. The building is absolutely beautiful and the room was an unexpected surprise, it had grand elegance Bridgerton feel, while at the same time, made you feel at home. Breakfast was exquisite and every staff member was so kind and friendly. Our entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was 10/10. We will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful historic property in a quiet area just off Niagara River but within easy walk distance of attractions. Our room was elegant with an exquisite shower and good climate control. Breakfast is delicious, no matter what you choose, with pastries and coffee/tea available all day. There was even free charging station for our EV. Will be coming back.

My wife and I have traveled all over the continent and this might’ve been the greatest stay we’ve had! Our room was awesome, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. The falls were within walking distance and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The bnb is cute and nice enough, but our suite had some water damage on the ceiling that really could have been repaired better, especially considering the cost for the night. There also wasn’t much in the way of “amenities”, the room was pretty bare bones, and our patio could have used some upkeep in the landscaping. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the shower was really good, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with nice fruit, fresh pastries and yummy meal options, and the place was reasonably quiet considering the proximity to the falls!

Wonderful staff! Squeaky room. Unfortunately the issue we ran into is the bed. It squeaked horribly everytime one of us sat down or stood up from the bed. As well I know the home is very old and it’s beautiful but we felt bad as everytime we walked around the floor squeaked loudly and I felt terrible for the room below us. We asked for a different room but they were all booked up. The reception to check in was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The washroom and the shower was absolutely amazing and loved the smell of the shower products and creams! We will go try there again but will try a different room.
