The AC was broken, so we asked for help since we only had about 5 hours left to sleep. But they kept saying they'd send someone. I went to the front desk three times, and they finally got it working, but it didn't cool the room. We just gave up asking because we had to be at the airport super early the next day.

The staff was super helpful with navigating Toronto for the first time. Gave us great directions and tips, and our shuttle driver even recommended a couple of restaurants for pre-Blue Jays game eats! Our room was super clean, and the balcony was a nice cherry on top. I would highly recommend staying at the Sandman Signature Airport Hotel in Toronto.
