I loved this place. The staff were so nice to us. Our place was so cute

Clean room, amazing breakfast, pillows too thick

Our room was long and narrow, but had a number of windows which meant many different views of the downtown - lovely to look out on with a cup of tea. Great bed, and loved the Byredo bathroom amenities. Also top-notch, friendly, and professional staff.

We stayed in the King + Sofa Bed suite at the Residence Inn for 3 nights. Overall our stay was great and the hotel location was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were 5 stars, very helpful and always in good spirits. Breakfast was included and a great selection of food, including coffee options such as cold brew. The room itself has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc., so you could prepare your own food if needed. The mattress on the sofa bed in our room was not comfortable and really not useable. The staff were quick to remedy this and brought us a cot that was much more comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be going through upgrades. Our room was a bit dated and the sofa bed really needs to be upgraded. I would also suggest offering a two queen option. The kitchen is a nice to have but largely not needed for short stays in TO.
