"Our family group of 9 had an absolutely wonderful time here. The rooms were amazing, we liked the hammocks, pool, and staff. The rooms were very clean, and our butlers (Indi, Saul, and Sebastian) were fantastic. We especially appreciate the onsite 24 hour doctor: my daughter got an ear infection and it was so convenient and nice to get her treated at the hotel."

"The toal experience was extremely good. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vivid. The room was great, fantastic service from all staff and the pool area were great with a good variety of places. Food was excellent! The only thing we would like to point out is the ambience at the indoor restaurants. This was not cozy and way too noisy. Some sound reduction would be good to put up to bring the sound down. With the extremely hard walls, it was almost impossible to have a conversation inside. This made us choose the out-door restaurants (Pelican and also the ouside are in the Asian restaurant). However, this limited the over-all really great food. "

"My family and I loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing. Heydi was one of the staff members that stood out to us she was so friendly and accommodating she helped us with all our reservations she was amazing since day one. They had so many fun things for my family and I to enjoy. I almost forgot to mention the food was delicious! Our favorite dining restaurants were La Locanda, Sakura, Pez Vela, and the Amaranto.The resort is child friendly and my son had a blast."

"Beautiful resort! The room had an amazing view with a huge balcony. The food at all the resort restaurants was delicious. Sometimes the wait for a table at the restaurants was excessive, 1.5 hours+. I wish reservations had been available. Pools were cold, but clean. Loved the area with the 3 hot tubs, plenty of room for everyone. The beach area was clean; however, the swimming area was small. But also clear and clean. I would recommend this resort to anyone. "
