"This property was soooo amazing and kept clean and updated. There is nothing lacks here. Whatever you’re looking for when it comes to luxury you will find it here. Ocean rooms are right at the ocean, you can hear the waves at night and morning they clean the beach and it is free of seaweed. They also have the best butler service Famita and Ruben were the best my husband and I love them. Drinks are top notch and mixology drinks are top notch. Entertainment team fantastic they have shows and other kinds of activities there is something for everyone. My husband and I loved the scuba diving in the salt water pool as first timer loved the experience. There are paddle boarding, kayaks. Food was top notch high quality, if you go to the other resorts on property you can see and taste the difference definitely worth the extra for all these amenities and you access for free at the spa can use all the indoor pools and the baths all the steam rooms, sauna and relaxing rooms which are cool. I highly recommend this place."

"Our group of 8 adults and 8 kids (ages 9 to 16) loved this place. 5 stars! We would stay here again. Things to note: the villa consists of 2 separate units: one with 6 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. They are located right next to each other, but are separate structures. Our group congregated in the larger of the 2 units, which had 2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms and lots of living space.The owner Martin lives on or near the villa, and we saw him each morning. He is friendly and chatty and will assist with anything you might need. Martin had already filled the fridge with cold drinks when we arrived, which was great. The private chef was awesome! We had her prepare 3 meals for the group. The food was fantastic! And there were leftover for lunch the next day, which was great. The subdivision seems a little like a ghost town, with some houses appearing abandoned and others in various stages of being built. Not a lot of people. It is gated, with a security guard. It felt perfectly safe to us. The walk to the beach takes about 3 minutes, and goes by an empty lot that has some trash in it. The beach itself was average, but we enjoyed it. The pool at the villa was great, both for kids playing and adults relaxing.These things noted did not significantly detract from our enjoyment of the vacation. It is a GREAT spot for a group to gather!Thank you Martin for a great rental experience!"

"The pictures don’t do justice. Villa Picon is an amazing property right on the beach and the perfect home for a large family. We stayed for a family vacation with a party of 10 and it was perfect. The host coordinated everything very well and the house staff (Nicolas and Anna) took care of all our needs including cooking many meals. I highly recommend and we will stay here again."
