"Igor and Rafael and the entire Banyan Tree staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip despite some unforeseen issues with the renovations of our room. The management went above and beyond to save our stay and keep us and our entire group together even though some of us had to be relocated. Igor could give a masterclass in great hospitality. Note for anyone considering staying here- it was challenging to get in touch with the hotel until we got onsite. It’s a pretty massive property and not walkable. 10 minute Golf carts ride and 20 minute bike rides are the only way to get around from rooms to restaurants to beach. Thank you to the Banyan Tree staff."

"Love the staff! Very very helpful. Food was actually pretty good! Other resorts i have been to were not good, so well done! Very clean rooms. Only thing that bothered me was the cold showers, but thats expected in Mexico. I am a Canadian and am a fussy person 😆 seriously though it was cold but it did not make my experience bad, it was a wonderful holiday. We love Blue Bay Esmeralda! Thank you to all staff!!"

"I have been staying at ORP Privaledge for the last 8 years, and I love this resort with my whole heart. I can tell you, I'm not the only one. Let's start with the check-in. Angel was excellent. He had everything ready, so it only took 5 minutes, and we were on our way to our rooms. Plus, he explained everything and was on it with the answers to any of our questions. Next up, we had Ariz for our concierge. She's incredible; she's been my concierge on every visit since 2018, at least once, and sometimes twice, a year. Ariz gets it done. Anything I've ever needed or needed help with, she has made it happen. She constantly checks in with us to make sure we have what we need. She'll make sure we are good. If she's not in, she'll let us know who to talk to. Also, we got to take part in the Expidia dinner, and the food was next level. The chef prepared an incredible five-course meal with drink pairings. The chef and her staff were all amazing and talented people, and I can't wait for our next trip for this dinner; it was that incredible. At the dinner, we also got to meet one of my new favorite people, Omar, the resort's sommelier. Omar was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. We signed up for a wine tasting with him the following evening, and he picked great, simple pairings that made it easy for us to fully enjoy and appreciate the beautifully crafted wines we sampled. They have Ariz, Angel, Omar, and a great staff overall. This is my second home. Thank you!!! "
