"We stayed in a premium room. Our hopes were that the view would be great and the bed would be comfortable. There is no doubt that the view of Niagara Falls was perfect. However the room itself made you feel like you were staying in a motel. The bed felt ancient, like it had been heavily used for 20 years. Like the coils had no spring left in them. We found many facial hairs on the pillows. Very gross. Then there was the room service. First we requested slippers and they took 45 minutes to bring them. Then in the evening we requested toothpaste, which im surprised that its not supplied in the premium room, that took about 45 minutes as well. Finally, my Wife has a bad back from pregnancy, and she couldn't take the motel bed so we ordered a cot bed to see if that would make her sleep any better. At 2 am we called for the cot, I had to call again at a am....he said he's on his way up. Then at 330 am again ...so dissatisfied, he said 1 minute. They are so unorganized."

"Staff were always on the ball, the elevator was down during our stay and the staff were nothing but helpful when needed helping carry stuff upstairs, with three kids under 6 help was definitely needed and appreciated. Also had our van break down in front of the hotel and the hotel staff were very quick and helpful to help us come up with a solution, 10/10 amazing staff there I have nothing bad to say in that aspect"

"It was good rooms were clean. Food was good. Lots of things within walking distance. The only downside is the offsite parking."
