"Great hotel, great location, great friendly staff"

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."

And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. "First of all, you need to pay to use the rooftop pool. The main reason I picked this place because of pool photos. I think it’s a bit too much for people who are staying here to pay to use the pool especially there’s no info about it when I booked. "The apartment is at great location; i.e. cross the road to beach, walking distance to Vincom shopping centre and night market. The staffs are quite friendly and helpful with check-in, check-out process. The apartment and its furnitures are clean enough, and they do daily house keeping which is a + mark of this business. Only problem is parking, If you ride a bike/car the parking staffs try not to sell you daily parking ticket, but the one-time hop in and out parking ticket."
