"Sadly the stay did not start off well being notified that the air conditioning was not working properly. This was the last time we were disappointed the amazing staff were honest and up front, they let us check out the room and make sure it wasn’t going to be too hot for our stay. They also offered complimentary drinks and a meal for the inconvenience which only made the stay even more awesome. The hotel is lovely, great location and close to every thing you need to experience Newcastle at its best. "

"Exceptionally clean, modern accommodation. I was most pleasantly surprised by the library which is an excellent co working space - perfect for business travel. There are plenty of dining options within safe walking distance and the staff were really helpful. The only downside is the parking. It’s available but it’s expensive. "

"Convenient location for event happening nearby (Newcastle Hockey). Quiet at night for the most part. Comfortable beds - good sleep! Stayed 2 weeks in reasonable comfort. Room service food options are limited - everything is walking distance so do that instead."
