This was the perfect little apartment for our weekend in Newcastle - quiet & private, a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants & the beach, & only a 20 minute stroll to the CBD. The apartment was amazing value, beautifully decorated, modern & spacious with everything we could need. Definitely recommend staying here & would love to do it again!

Cozy little apartment close to Bar Beach and Darby St. Amazing hosts who were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will hopefully stay again some time.

Stayed here a few times now: clean, tastefully fitted out, quiet and great location - close to beaches, The Junction for Coles, cafes and shops - and a pub. Close to Darby St restaurant precinct. Highly recommend

Perfect Newcastle Stay!

The hideaway was perfect for a long, relaxing weekend in Newcastle, with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Comfy bed, great shower, a lovely peaceful courtyard. We used The Hideaway for an extra long weekend to catch up with family in Newcastle. It is ideally located and perfect for 2 people. It really is a hideaway and we enjoyed the privacy and feeling of seclusion.

My second time back here and liking it even more. Tastefully decorated, very quiet and private. Brilliant location close to The Junction and Darby St, couldn't ask for a better spot. The hosts are great and unobtrusive. Will be back again!

My partner & I had a delightful time in Newcastle. This property is steps away from Darby St and all amenities one may need for a vacation including a short walk to the beach. Very clean and the hosts were easy to communicate with.
