"We stayed at the Annex which is quieter than the main hotel. We were so pleased with the room we had. Checking in was easy. Amenities were in the lobby (not in the room). The room comes with tea and coffee and things to make and drink from. The tv could not be turned over towards the beds, but not an issue. There is a closet not drawers or safety deposit box. The bathroom was great! I hope the photo posts. The hotel has so many, many restaurants inside the hotel, convenience stores, right next to 7-Eleven, laundry on property, microwave is downstairs (not in rooms), near transportation, near park, restaurants, etc. They have pj's to wear (not to take), but we didn't use them. Limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel (reservation required on your end) We loved our stay and highly recommend it."

"Hotel, lobby, rooms were all clean and had a nice atmosphere to them. Rooms were a little on the smaller side (I am 6ft tall). Staff was super helpful. The laundry wasn't that great, too few for all guests (some guests held up all of the units to themselves). But the worst part is when finally getting to use the units, the dryers are leaving clothes damp. Besides the laundry, the location was perfect for the Tokyo Government Building being across the street. Shinjuku station was not that far of a walk."

"We (family of four including two young kids) loved this hotel. The staff was very helpful from the minute we walked through the door. Not everyone spoke English but there are at least a few people on their staff who do; we did not have any issues. The entire hotel and our room was very clean. There is a 7-11 below the hotel which was extremely convenient. There are two subway stations within walking distance, and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again."
