"Great location, facilities like the pool and out door area well maintained. Beds and bathrooms really cleaned and maintained however the floors where filthy you couldn’t walk bare footed in any of the rooms or they would be covered in dirt not vacuumed or mopped properly also the superior townhouse all the photos show a spa but after booking it’s a special request you need to ask for not included like the photos suggest"

"Hi, the entire stay was lovely except that a rat or a mouse were getting into the property at night trying to reach out for food. there is a hole in the property where they can get in and out..... the animals woke me up on night 2 and 3 and i have to say that i was quite scared on my second night as i could not work out what was the noise. on night 3, the animal came 3 times at different time during the night and woke me up each time . not pleasant . Thanks "
