"This hotel is exceptional! So quirky and characterful. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. Lots of attention to detail, everything has been so well thought out. The entertainment systems, the toiletries provided, the robes, the hair dryer, even the toilet paper, were excellent quality, as was the breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and genuinely welcoming, and the location - a stone’s throw from Tottenham Court Road station, Oxford...

"Amazing central location, close to a number of tube/subway stations. Front desk staff super friendly and always game to help. Get the breakfast included with your room - it was a great selection and a wonderful way to start your day. Thing to note: showers are quite short. At 5’10” I JUST fit. Maybe had to bend slightly to get in the water. Crazy how low the ceiling was in the bathroom."

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel, in the perfect area. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly. It was located either walking distance or a quick train ride away from everywhere we needed to go. Staff was also accommodating when our flight was canceled."
"Great location! Convenient to the tube, bus, taxis, Uber. Rooms were cleaned when requested, which is perfect. Breakfast was expensive - only did that one day. The other restaurant/bar was a comfortable place to sit and relax. Everyone was friendly and helpful!"
"We really loved the location of this hotel! Just a few blocks from the Thames, the theater district, Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square... plus the Charing Cross underground station is right underneath the hotel and the Embankment station is one block away. The property is very well maintained and feels "fancy." I know other reviewers mentioned homeless people in the area, but we found that to be the case all over Central London. They are not aggressive or scary - mostly just sleeping. I never felt unsafe. There were multiple staff in the lobby at all times, and a doorman at the locked entry after dark. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate in the dining room our first night and were very impressed with our meals. I highly recommend the sole! I would totally go back to this hotel again. "
"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed. The staff was excellent - helpful with travel information and directions, courteous and friendly. There was a comfortable lounge with coffee drinks and tea available at all times. The hotel is well located, just off Trafalgar Square, with easy access to several Underground lines, and within easy walking distance to many popular sightseeing destinations and several theaters."
