"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"We were only here for the night after landing but quickly fell in love with the location. On our way back we stayed at another hotel maybe 15 min away walking distance. We didn’t realize how close some of the shops were from this location as we were only here for 1 night before going to osaka but there’s convenient stores around the area as well as some fast food, don quijote and local food shops. Also a jump store if you’re into anime. The staff was very welcoming as well for our first time"
"The food was good, I’m a picky eater I wanted I little bit more fresh fruit, the hostess were very nice, I love fresh pijamas every night and the face masks too, we hade an excellent time"
"The room was spotless with clean pyjamas every night. The staff were courteous & professional. We enjoyed the tea service, the massage chairs and the quiet relaxation areas.
Very very pleased that we chose this hotel for our stay. "
