"Breakfast was value for money with a good variety of standard fare. Though the room was large by Japanese standard, the shower room and wash area had limited space to put used towels and personal effects. Location was great as it is just across the Tokyo station."

The hotel amenities were great, the rooms were very clean, and everything felt comfortable and well maintained. One thing we especially appreciated was that the rooms were not as small as a typical Japan hotel room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Excellent location, wonderful service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Exceptional staff at all levels. The front desk team made us feel very welcome. The room itself, although very pristine and classic, was noisier than anticipated. I would recommend requesting a side not overlooking the tracks as i was kept awake all evening by the train sounds. Other than that - the property is excellent."

"The hotel was fine. The room was 20metres but still felt tight so don’t book anything smaller. Room servicing was nice. Breakfast was really average and couldn’t even get a cup of tea. Not sure why scrambled eggs need to contain gluten. The neighbourhood is full of cheap eats but nothing of any quality. Nice to be able to walk Aaron’s the imperial garden surround."
