It was a beautiful retreat indeed, we truely enjoyed our stay and the team were responsive and welcoming. We had a small issue during our stay and they resolved it promptly, we were very impressed with the outcome. If you are a coffee lover, there is a cafe catering your morning craves :) we saw many hot air balloons on the sky from our balcony, can’t get better than this! Highly recommended to everyone, we are planning for our next visit already with friends and family.

We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. Spicers Guesthouse is absolutely stunning We couldn’t fault a single thing , Rooms are divine , styling is to die for and the grounds are kept immaculate Staff are lovely and extremely attentive , Cleanliness is beyond what we have seen prior to this stay, Breakfast was beautiful , good coffee and the staff were extremely welcoming to our son who also has allergies - absolutely nothing was a problem. We were lucky to be upgraded to the Spa suite. Large and very comfortable room. Huge bathroom. Great outlook over the vineyard. Close to the centre of the valley. Lovely walk, kangaroos, enjoyed dinner there on arrival and enjoyed the house wine. all good!!

Not what i had expected in mind ,judging by the photos on the internet . The reception table should be tiled with a nice tile feature wall to reflect the contemporary look of the hotel. Judging by the photo of the reception area i was at first reluctant to make the booking. That's why when we entered the room it came as a surprise to how modern the hotel was. The overall experience of the hotel being centrally located to all amenities is the selling point for me as my choice for future...

Great house for a family or group get together, golf course right at your back door. Short walk to Nineteen for happy hour and for events at Chateau Elan or a round of golf or two. Thd house was very clean and spacious and had everything you need for a great stay. A pod coffee machine would of been a great addition for our stay but not a deal breaker as was able to get takeaway coffee up thd road.

The manager was very helpful. As I had advised her that I would be arriving very late on a night that turned out to be cold and wet, she turned on the air conditioning and the porch light for me before I arrived. The room was surprisingly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well lit. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils and very functional. My partner and I just returned from a short stay at this hotel and we could not recommend it enough! It was very clean, spacious, modern, comfortable & quiet (which is exactly what we desired). The male owner whom we met was extremely friendly & helpful. We also appreciated the facilities/amenities provided in the room including wine glasses & kitchenware. I loved my stay here, we had a lovely weekend and the staff were so helpful. Our room had a lovely veranda out the front with a view of the pool. The room was newly renovated. Basic but very nice for a 4 star location. I like to stay close to town and the location is perfect if you want to walk to the shops and vineyards and gardens. Its an easy 10 minute walk to tempus 2

My husband & I stayed for our 21st Wedding Anniversary celebration. Our stay was mid week so was relatively quite. Location is great. A walk away to Hunter Valley Gardens for shopping & cafes. A short drive to wineries & chocolate factory.

Nice hotel good location. Be close to Hunter valley Graden and Restaurants and wine company and also market village at the Hunter valley graden. All managers are good amd friendly. Receptions are good and straight with during of them jobs. The hotel can checking in at 2pm must to be 2pm and have to wait for 2pm, if u are need to going to the hotel please don't hurry for to go but you might going to domewhere first and back to check in after 2pm.
