"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault.
The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. "A good find near Victoria Station. The room a bit snug and the bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The main lobby and bar are open and available 24/7 and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful."
"
If you want a hotel that balances convenience, walkability, and a decent standard of clean, Mercure London Earls Court is a good bet. It’s well-situated for transport, offers enough nearby amenities to avoid needing a car, and the hotel itself gets good marks for cleanliness. Just go in with realistic expectations about occasional issues (like water pressure) and take usual city-precautions, especially at night or in quieter side streets."
"Beautiful hotel. Luxury feel. Room was very spacious. Staff all excellent and very friendly.
Chef has to be recommended. Food was amazing as was the waiting staff.
Bit disappointed in the spa area as its seperate areas for women and men for steam and sauna room.
Also to note. Bar closes early. We managed to get refreshments and took them to our room. On check out - charged with tray service and room service for these drinks. (Took some explaining to get it removed) awaiting refund.
Overall... lovely stay.
