We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams.
