The air-conditioned apartment with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore can accommodate 4 people. In the living room, a large sliding door leads directly to the covered balcony. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small extra room with a bunk bed make the apartment the ideal destination for families with children. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and oven.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet u sauber. Wir haben zum Frühstück u Abendessen die tolle Aussicht genossen. Der Pool war wenig besucht, welches unsere Kinder bei der Benutzung sehr freute. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gelungener Urlaub

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Sehr gastfreundliche Vermieter. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben mehrmals gekocht. Spiele und Tennisschläger vorhanden, sehr sauberer Pool mit gepflegter Liegewiese, ruhige Lage. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Sicht

Wir haben es rundum genossen! Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, prima ausgestattet und mit herrlichem Blick-viel besser als auf den Bildern! Der Balkon ist das Highlight. Die Küche ist sehr kompakt, für große Menüs nicht ganz so geeignet. Sehr großes und bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer. Mit der Klimaanlage auch bei großer Hitze außen angenehme Temperatur. Sehr gepflegte Anlage ansonsten, besonders der Pool immer einladend. Schläger und Bälle für Tennis und Tischtennis in der Wohnung. Stressfrei zu erreichen, bequemer Parkplatz. Und ein sehr schönes Verpflegungspaket zur Begrüßung. Rundum sehr zu empfehlen!

Super Ferienwohnung für Familie mit Kindern

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Objekt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore. Die gesamt Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt einen Pool mit großer Liegewiese, einen Spielplatz, einen Tennis- oder Ballsportplatz, eine Tischtennisplatte und ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Bewohner. Da das Haus ziemlich weit oben liegt, ist es sinnvoll, mobil zu sein - mit eigenem PKW zum Beispiel. In der Umgebung gibt es Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Das appartment liegt in einem Hochhaus mit einer atemberaubender aussicht auf den lago maggiore.parkplätze einkaufsmöglichkeiten und lido war alles sehr gut erreichbar.jedoch benötigt man ein auto vor allem mit kindern. Das appartment ist bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet und man hat alles was man benötigt.die Kommunikation mit den vermietern war sehr einfach und angenehm über WhatsApp. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit genialem Blick auf den See

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore. Auch wenn sich das Ferienappartement in einem Hochhaus befindet, tut das einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Wir hatten eine bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf den See. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt mit einem schönen Pool. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr sehr nett. Sie haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben, was man sich ansehen sollte oder wo man gut essen gehen kann, auch mal abseits der Massen. Danke nochmal an Susanne und Stefano! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Susanne et Stefano. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. La vue sur le lac Majeur est époustouflante ! La grande piscine et le grand parc sont très agréable et très bien entretenus. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Vacances très réussies

Super Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung in der 4. Etage des Hauses bietet eine phantastische Aussicht über den Ort und den Lago Maggiore. Der überaus freundliche Empfang und die Hilfsbereitschaft und Unterstützung durch die Vermieter ist lobenswert. Eine tolle Überraschung war der Begrüßungskorb mit einer bunten Mischung italienischer Lebensmittel. Die Wohnung ist für alles bestens ausgestattet - uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank! PS: Ideal für 2, aber durch die Nische mit dem Stockbett auch für 1 oder 2 Kindern dazu.

Guter Gesamteindruck, kleine Kritik an der Objektbeschreibung

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Der Ausblick mit großem Panoramafenster/Tür und Balkon ist wirklich sehr schön und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Meiner Meinung nach könnte die Objektbeschreibung präziser sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus (die Anlage heißt Euroville, im Internet sind Bilder dazu zu finden),das ging für uns nicht klar aus der Beschreibung hervor. Das sogenannte 2.Schlafzimmer ist wirklich nur eine schmale Schlafnische mit Stockbett, die lediglich durch 1 Vorhang vom Wohnzimmer getrennt ist.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit super Seeblick. Sehr nette Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin, mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk. Wir haben in der Wohnung nichts vermisst. Die ganze Anlage mit dem Pool, sehr sauber und schön. Ein kleine Minus für die Zufahrt zur der Anlage - sehr enge, kurvige Strasse - da können aber die Gastgeber nichts für. Vielen lieben Dank, wir haben sehr schöne Zeit bei Ihnen!

superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un bel appartement bien équipé avec une vue magnifique sur le lac Majeur et le village. La piscine est un vrai plus (en plus peu fréquentée). Un grand merci à Susanne pour son accueil chaleureux, malgré la barrière de la langue nous nous sommes compris.

Stairway to heaven

Wir haben zu zweit 14 Tage und Nächte in stefanos Wohnung verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Die Anlage mit Pool und Tennisplatz ist sehr gepflegt, die Wohnung perfekt eingerichtet. Stefanos Frau ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Alle weiteren Punkte wurden ja bereits erwähnt.

Mehr als nur schöner Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt in vorderster Front des Gebäudes, ohne Sichteinschränkung; wir genossen den herrlichen Blick über den See. Das Baden im Pool (wird gepflegt und gereinigt), der zu dieser Jahreszeit wenig frequentiert war, war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, schöne Kaffee- und Espressomaschine, Wasserkocher, etc. Der üppige Begrüßungskorb war liebevoll bestückt (wie auf dem Foto im Internet). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten am Ortseingang von Luino (Carrefour). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko: Hundegebell vieler Hunde, zum Teil auch nachts (Tierheim im Nachbartal?). Wir würden trotzdem wiederkommen und können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!
