An historical building sensitively and faithfully restored and converted for its current use as an hotel. The perfect terrace - an immersive experience - frames the view from impossibly perfect cliff side town to endless blue horizon. Staff are wonderful - intelligent, attentive and able to anticipate. Food is wonderful - imaginative and based on local produce, much of it grown in the hotel gardens.
In all a superb experience. We'll be back.

We only had 1 night to enjoy our stay at this property but we loved it. Perfect place for a private night with your significant other. The host was helpful and kind. The view is amazing and she even cooked us a private dinner at the property with entree and dessert for a fair price.
PLEASE NOTE if you are driving a hire vehicle that there is no parking and you will need to pay 25 euro to use a garage and pickup/dropoff service. The owner will ask you to leave your bags with them while you drop...

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Syrene. The views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius are magnificent. The hotel is perched on the cliff above the harbour with a lift to get down for those who need it.
The hotel itself is beautifully kept. The rooms are reasonable size only, but well appointed and spotlessly clean. The balcony on our room had a magnificent view.
It is very hard to fault this hotel in any respect, and you pay well for the privilege!

We stayed in the Diamond Positano Villa, absolutely amazing view, entertained friends every afternoon on the balcony, great location not too many steps up / down from the town centre (steps are unavoidable, it’s just a question of how many!), really clean, generous breakfast and most friendly staff

We stayed in the winter months. The position was great, on the town square and went even had a view of a free concert by an Italian pop star from our balcony. The staff were helpful, the rooms stylish and immaculate, and the breakfasts superb.
