"I had a wonderful experience with Danubius Hotel Regents Park. What stood out most was the kindness and flexibility of the staff. I had a reservation issue and the team took the time to listen, understand my situation, and work with me to find a solution. Their willingness to accommodate my request was greatly appreciated and made a stressful situation much easier. Throughout my stay, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines great hospitality with such a personal touch. Thank you to the Danubius team for your understanding and exceptional service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting London."

"Great hotel close to Wembley Park station and Wembley Stadium. If attending a concert or a football match this is the best location to stay. The staff was very supportive and created an amazing atmosphere throughout our stay with special drinks, snacks in the room. The breakfast was delicious with fresh juice, fruit and a broad choice of cereal and pastries. I had an amazing night sleep in a very cosy bed. The room was very quiet and clean."

"We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious and very clean. Much larger room than other hotels I have stayed in. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in. Firm but very comfortable. I slept very well. Bathroom had a shower over the bath and everything was very clean. Plenty of towels. Low cold water flow but maybe that’s to save water. Wardrobe had ironing board and iron. Breakfast was similar to other hotels, not exceptional but absolutely adequate. It was buffet breakfast and you had unlimited breakfast. Having takeout cups with lids was a great touch. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Transport links were great. A direct train from King’s Cross and a short walk to the hotel. Plenty of buses to other areas of London linked with the tube made it easy to get around. A very nice hotel that I would definitely stay in again."

"Booked for Harry Styles and was perfect. The aircon is brilliant and the room was spacious. No noise during the night so slept well. Bathroom is great and toilet is perfect height for people with Stoma Bags. Only thing to mention, there was no plug near the mirror which made getting ready a bit of a challenge. Overall, would recommend."

"We arrived at Wembley to find out original hotel had overbooked and had no reservations for us. Panicked scramble found a room at the Hilton - we arrived and checked in within 10 minutes of booking. The staff were incredibly polite and I genuinely felt noting was too much trouble. When I asked if an extra person (who had also been affected by the overbooking) could join us, they added an extra bed to the room whilst we were out. Housekeeping staff were very professional and polite, and asked us how we enjoyed our stay. The room itself was immaculate and spacious."
