"This was such a lovely property-my room had views of the gorgeous central station and parks surrounding. Staff and service were so very nice and helpful-dining at The Terrace was fabulous and again—-that view was magnificent.
Was a female traveling alone and felt so safe and comfortable. Thanks for a memorable trip!"
"Staying at this hotel was like walking into a dream. Very whimsical and the staff was all very helpful and friendly. Location is walkable to all of the Milan sites as well."
"Our stay was amazing! An unforgettable experience that we hope to enjoy again soon.
Beautiful historic building with amazing food service and unbelievable hospitality!"
"The stuff was good but the hotel itself does not seem to be a 5 star more like 4 star reception area. They need to re design the entrance area. However the rooms are nice and modern although very dark.
Breakfast was very good.

"The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel fairly close to the Duomo"

"Great choice if you are arriving in Milan by train or taking the train from the airport into town. Once in town, just a half block from the Metro and Tram."
"I’m highly recommend this hotel. The room was perfect and all the staff we interacted with were all so helpful and friendly. Outstanding customer service! Also, the location was excellent too—a five minute walk to the Milano Centrale train station and about 25 minute walk to the Duomo area. My daughter and I absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely stay here in the future for sure. "
