"First of all the location is excellent… right in the middle of the rainforest, although the drive up there is not for the faint hearted. My room was very basic, which was expected. The thing I didn’t like was that the door to the deck didn’t seal at all, so when the wind blew at night it rattled the blinds and kept me awake. Parking spots are very tight for even a modest size car. Food options were limited and expensive. If you are not in a self catering unit you run out of choices quickly. I didn’t do too many activities but the e-bike ride and the morning bird watch were great. I did several solo hikes which were also great. The view of the stars at night was stunning."

"The property was absolutely fantastic with great living areas and a well stocked kitchen. It accommodated our family of twelve really comfortably.The outdoor areas with expansive views were a highlight as was the tennis court, although it could do with a trim of overhanging vegetation.We would highly recommend this property."

"Not well located for hiking as the track up Mt Warning seems to be 'permanently' closed for the usual reasons. Chair on balcony broken, hot plate difficult to operate but otherwise ok for the money "
